We need a separate form for every person attending, including small children. Start with the person who is paying, then add everyone else one at a time. The first form asks whether you want to register anyone else and takes you straight on.

    The person paying

    Use this first, whether you are registering yourself, your family, or paying on behalf of someone else. It collects your contact details and where the bill goes. You can register yourself as an attendee on the same form.

    Add each attendee

    One form per person

    One of these for every other person coming with you. Come back to this form later in the year if someone joins your group after you first registered. You do not need to repeat step 1.

What to have to hand

Nothing here is hard to find, but gathering it first makes the forms quick.

  • Full name and date of birth For each person. Ages set the class each person joins and the tuition rate.
  • Home ecclesia Only needed again for an attendee whose ecclesia differs from the payer's.
  • Contact details for teens A phone number and email for each teenager, not only for the parents.
  • A guardian, if a young person is coming without a parent Anyone under 18 attending without a parent needs a responsible adult over 30 on the grounds all week. You will be asked to name them.
  • Whether each person is coming for the full week Part-time attendance is fine and is charged by the day or by the meal.
  • Nothing to pay yet Registration and payment are separate. Register first, then pay when you are ready.
